Payment and Cancellation Policy
All lessons must be paid for at point of booking. This includes lessons booked over the telephone and lessons booked in the office and will apply to both private and group lessons and Pony Club. Lessons booked by email will not be confirmed until payment has been made.
48 hours’ notice will be required for all lesson cancellations otherwise the full lesson fee will be charged.
